We manage capital on behalf of our Principals and Limited Partners with the objective of generating long term value through targeted investments in hotel real estate. Based out of Los Angeles,CA we invest across the United States, seeking superior risk-adjusted opportunities that leverage our deep knowledge of hotel operations and development.

There is no “typical Riller Capital” deal, but all of our transactions present a unique opportunity to capitalize on our competitive advantages of deep industry and brand relationships, agile execution capabilities, and executive-level asset management talent.
Our key disciplines of acquisitions, asset management, operations, revenue management, and construction and design reside in-house, allowing Riller Capital to source, underwrite, execute, and manage investments in a cohesive and decisive manner. This broad skill set enables us to generate alpha across a variety of strategies including, operational improvement, renovation / repositioning, adaptive reuse, ground-up development, ground lease and sale-leasebacks.
