Our access to and experience with diverse pools of capital, including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and medium to large institutional investors, allows us to pursue and capitalize on a wide variety of opportunities.
Strategy

- Selective ground-up development opportunities where construction is supported by supply and demand dynamics and land basis

- Experienced lessor and lessee of properties with ground lease encumbrances
