The Riller Capital team currently has investments totaling over $1.5b under management across 70+ hotels. Our access to and experience with diverse pools of capital, including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and medium to large institutional investors, allows us to pursue and capitalize on a wide variety of opportunities.

Strategy

We pursue investment opportunities to acquire hotel assets that can benefit from one of these five key strategies.

  1. Operational Improvement
    • Existing hotels in good physical condition that can be optimized from our tactical approach to asset management and changing management team and/or brand
  2. Renovation / Repositioning
    • Existing hotels in desirable areas that would benefit from capital improvements and/or market repositioning
  3. Adaptive Reuse
    • Non-hotel structures that would be well-suited to a hotel use
  4. New Development
    • Selective ground-up development opportunities where construction is supported by supply and demand dynamics and land basis
  5. Ground Lease / Sale-Leaseback
    • Experienced lessor and lessee of properties with ground lease encumbrances
